职位：Market Development Manager 市场拓展经理

Responsibilities:

· Seek out new market information, opportunities and customers.

· Support tuning these opportunities into new contracts in conjunction with the Trading desk and the Business Development Team.

· Nurture key relationships to further grow specific pieces of business.

Requirements:

· Have a detailed knowledge of the relevant Trading Book(s) of Gasoline about how they operate, the drivers and strategies.

· Maintain a detailed knowledge of the relevant markets about what is going on and who is involved.

· Create and agree clear plans to target new business, working closely with both the Trading Desk and the Business Development team. Take into account of the associated risks and how to mitigate them.

· Develop and maintain new contacts and relationships throughout the region, keeping all Trading stakeholders informed and agreeing how existing relationships are best managed.

· Propose, agree, set up and manage a number of Shell Trading Agents in key countries who can act as the ears and eyes of the Originator and Shell Trading

· Negotiate and agree specific contracts where mandated to do so.

· Always operate to Shell Business Principles and Code of Conduct, and comply with Shell Trading standards.
